Meet Summer
This pretty girl is looking for her forever home. Summer is a beautiful, happy girl with the most heart-melting smile. When she found herself in the pound, she didn’t give up. Instead, she tried to get attention the only way she knew how, by smiling at everyone who passed by, hoping someone would notice her and choose her.
Summer is a smart, social, and loving dog. She adores people and gets along well with other dogs. She has a gentle and friendly nature. Summer is ready to bring joy, laughter, and smiles into her new family’s life every single day.
She is spayed, vaccinated and negative on tests.
Message from Summer:
"The pound that I live in is not a great pound at all. I do not get out of my enclosure and the BU team cannot get me travel ready whilst I am here. If you would like to adopt me it would be wonderful if you could contribute towards sponsoring me out of the pound and into a pension where I will get much better care, socialise with other dogs, exercise daily, and I can be prepared for travel. The average cost for me to be safe in a pension is around 50euros a month.

BU supports the pound with the help of our lovely pound sponsors to supply additional food, vaccines, flea and tick treatments and veterinary care when needed .
All our dogs are tested for the following prior to travel: Heartworm, Anaplasmosis, Erlichiosis, Lyme Disease, Brucellosis (since 11th June 2021).
