Meet Velvet
Velvet is a beautiful chocolate-brown young girl with the most soulful, gentle eyes. Her story is a sad one. She ended up in the pound together with another dog who she spent all her time with but, unfortunately, the other dog did not survive.
Velvet is very well socialised, loves humans, gets along wonderfully with other dogs, and has a sweet, affectionate nature. Velvet is spayed, vaccinated, and negative on testing. Velvet is looking for her forever home, a place where she will be loved. Velvet would make a wonderful addition to any family.
Message from Velvet:
"The pound that I live in is not a great pound at all. I do not get out of my enclosure and the BU team cannot get me travel ready whilst I am here. If you would like to adopt me it would be wonderful if you could contribute towards sponsoring me out of the pound and into a pension where I will get much better care, socialise with other dogs, exercise daily, and I can be prepared for travel. The average cost for me to be safe in a pension is around 50euros a month.

Velvet is spayed, vaccinated and negative on testing.
All our dogs are tested for the following prior to travel: Heartworm, Anaplasmosis, Erlichiosis, Lyme Disease, Brucellosis (since 11th June 2021).
