It's important to remember that pounds can be very stressful environments, and we need to do all we can to ensure our dogs have somewhere comfortable to rest. A good rest means better health, a chance for wounds to heal, and a stronger immunity and chance at life. Without a bed or a kennel, dogs would only have a cold hard concrete floor.
