1 x Warm Kennel

The weather in Serbia is dangerously dramatic. The summers can be very dry and hot, and the winters typically fall sub-zero with thick layers of snow. Before we began our work with the government pound, volunteers would have to work very hard to try and keep the pound warm, as it is open to the elements. We have now started installing wooden kennels for each dog that we sponsor, with warm blankets and straw to help. This keeps our dogs cool in the summer and warm in the winter. 

Sadly, we always need more kennels. Not just for our own sponsored dogs - whose numbers keep growing - but also for the unsponsored pound dogs who are not in our care, because we don't have enough sponsors to help. These dogs are at the same facility and suffer too. The more funds we raise, the more we can help.
