Affectionate and social girl, who adores people and gets on very well with other dogs.
Meet Betty
Betty is a lovely small to medium sized young female dog searching for her forever home. She is incredibly social, affectionate, and loves being around people. Betty enjoys cuddles, has a gentle nature, and gets along very well with other dogs.
Betty arrived at the pound alongside Pebbles, and we were told they most likely came from the same family in a nearby village. It is believed they may even be mother and daughter, with Betty being the younger of the two. After her sterilisation, Betty became unwell and was treated with antibiotics, but she has recovered well and is now feeling much better.
She is a truly wonderful girl who will make a loyal and loving companion to whoever gives her the chance of a safe and happy home.
Message from Betty:
"The pound that I live in is not a great pound at all. I do not get out of my enclosure and the BU team cannot get me travel ready whilst I am here. If you would like to adopt me it would be wonderful if you could contribute towards sponsoring me out of the pound and into a pension where I will get much better care, socialise with other dogs, exercise daily, and I can be prepared for travel. The average cost for me to be safe in a pension is around 60euros a month.

Betty is spayed, vaccinated and negative on testing.
All our dogs are tested for the following prior to travel: Heartworm, Anaplasmosis, Erlichiosis, Lyme Disease, Brucellosis (since 11th June 2021).
