Meet Don
Don was just a puppy when he was abandoned, but he was fortunate to be left near the home of an elderly woman who had spent her life caring for stray cats. She took him in, looked after him well, and he grew into a well mannered and beautiful dog. Sadly, the woman had to move into a nursing home. Her only wish was that Don, along with another stray dog she cared for named Katie, would not end up back on the streets. Both Don and Katie are now in a pension and are looking for their new homes.
Don is a biggish dog with a wonderful nature and a gentle soul. He simply loves everyone and everything. He is fantastic with people and other dogs. He has grown up around cats, and is very gentle and affectionate with them. Don is a loyal boy who enjoys human attention and cuddles. He is also very handsome!
Don is neutered, vaccinated, negative on tests.
All our dogs are tested for the following prior to travel: Heartworm, Anaplasmosis, Erlichiosis, Lyme Disease, Brucellosis (since 11th June 2021).
