Meet Jimmy
This sweet Jimmy and his sister Bobi (also available for adoption) were owned by an elderly person who ended up in hospital. Sadly, the family decided to take the dogs to the pound rather than keep them. Bobi and Jimmy were separated and are now looking for new homes.
He gets along with the other dogs in the enclosure. He’s a little shy with people but warms up when he sees treats! He is longing for his forever home and out of the pound.
Message from Jimmy:
“The pound that I live in is not a great pound at all, I do not get out of my enclosure and the BU team cannot get me travel ready whilst I am here.
If you would like to adopt me, it would be wonderful if you could contribute towards sponsoring me out of the pound and in a pension where I will get much better care, socialise with other dogs, exercise daily and I can be prepared for travel. The average cost for me to be safe in a pension is around 50 euros a month.

Jimmy is vaccinated, neutered and negative on tests.
All our dogs are tested for the following prior to travel: Heartworm, Anaplasmosis, Ehrlichiosis, Lyme Disease, Brucellosis (since 11th June 2021).
