Shy with unfamiliar people but gradually gaining confidence. Gets on well with cats and other dogs.
Meet Margot
When Margot was rescued from the pound one winter, she was unwell and needed somewhere safe to recover. Her rescuer brought her home and gave her that chance. Now, with her foster family, she is slowly gaining confidence and learning to feel more comfortable around people. Margot is still shy with people she doesn’t know. She needs time to get to know someone and feel safe, so her future family will need to be patient and let her build trust at her own pace. There is no rush for this little girl. Every small step forward matters.
She gets on well with all dogs and is good with cats too. A home with a friendly, confident dog could be a lovely fit for her as she continues to find her feet. Margot is looking for an understanding family who will appreciate her quiet nature and give her the time and reassurance she needs to settle. She has already made progress in foster, and we would love her to have a home where that can continue.
Margot is vaccinated, negative on tests and will be spayed before travel to the UK.
Our dogs are tested for the following conditions as part of our standard testing procedure - Heartworm, Anaplasmosis, Lyme Disease, Ehrlichiosis and Brucellosis (Since 11th June 2021).
