Spud

This handsome boy is Spud. He's been in the UK for around 6 months now but is looking for his forever home.

 

Spud is a great dog.  He is fully house trained and walks well on a lead.  He is quite strong so would benefit from further training.  Spud is food orientated so this helps the training!

 

Spud is crate trained and he loves sleeping in his crate too. He's been good when left too.

 

He adores people!  He can be a little wary at first so he will need slow introductions to new people.  He can be protective if people come into his space unannounced so an enclosed garden with a lock is essential.

 

Spud is currently living with a small female dog who he gets a long great with.  He can be a little growly with larger males; so a home with only females or small males would be good for Spud. We think Spud will chase cats so a home with no felines is required.

 

Spud loves the local kids but toddlers are a little erratic for him so a family with  children over 8 only.

 

 

All our dogs are tested for the following prior to travel: Heartworm, Anaplasmosis, Erlichiosis, Lyme Disease, Brucellosis (since 11th June 2021).
