Meet Topaz
Topaz is a sweet female with a very unique look. She is probably a mix of German Spitz and Pulin. Topaz had owners who sadly abandoned her when they got a new dog. She was pregnant at the time but she was then spayed in the pound.
Despite everything, Topaz has an amazing temperament. She’s a friendly, calm, and socialised dog, getting along well with people and other dogs. She walks nicely on a lead and is always eager to please.
Message from Topaz:
"The pound that I live in is not a great pound at all. I do not get out of my enclosure and the BU team cannot get me travel ready whilst I am here. If you would like to adopt me it would be wonderful if you could contribute towards sponsoring me out of the pound and into a pension where I will get much better care, socialise with other dogs, exercise daily, and I can be prepared for travel. The average cost for me to be safe in a pension is around 50euros a month.
Thank you love and licks, Topaz x"
BU supports the pound with the help of our lovely pound sponsors to supply additional food, vaccines, flea and tick treatments and veterinary care when needed .
Topaz is spayed, vaccinated and negative on testing.
All our dogs are tested for the following prior to travel: Heartworm, Anaplasmosis, Erlichiosis, Lyme Disease, Brucellosis (since 11th June 2021).
