Important - Submitted forms are reviewed by BU volunteers. Please fill in the form. We will be in touch if your application has been accepted for potential adoption. If you don't hear from us within 5 working days, assume your application has not been taken further. Also, please keep an eye on your spam/junk folder, as our responses sometimes land in there.

Ensure you give detailed answers.  Please note that one-word answers will not be considered.

Gardens should have a minimum of 5ft secured boundaries, but depending on the dog you are matched with, we may request height be increased.

We accept applications from those who live in flats or with no garden, we will help you find a suitable match.

We cannot process any application for a home with more than one child aged 5 years old or under. We assess this on a case-by-case basis and we would look to match you with a dog that has been around children and therefore this may take us a little longer to match a suitable dog to your family.

We accept applications from full-time workers, but expect a dog not to be left for longer than four hours without a visit or pee break.

Please ensure that you are happy with our adoption process and associated fees. Please read the cat or the dog adoption agreements, as well as our FAQs.
