Winter is fast approaching in Serbia, their winters are harsh, cruel and many street dogs and cats, along with pound dogs perish in this weather due to lack of food, warmth and shelter.
The Balkan Underdogs yearly winter appeal assists our rescuers to provide shelters from the harsh weather, food and warmth for street dogs and cats. It provides straw and bedding plus tarpaulin for protection at the Government pounds we support
Our winter appeal really is the difference between survival or death for these abandoned animals
