Meet Asteria
Beautiful Asteria was pulled from the pound a few months ago in a dreadful state, she was painfully thin and covered in demodex.
Asteria has spent time being cared for in one of our wonderful pensions and is now looking like a different dog entirely, she’s totally gorgeous now.
Asteria also has a beautiful soul. She is a calm dog, around three years old, and is a stunning Balkan Hound/mix (she is around the size of a Springer Spaniel but more slightly built). This breed is just nothing short of incredible, a great family dog rivaling any of our traditional UK family dogs such as the Spaniel and Lab.
Asteria is good with the other dogs in the pension, sociable with people and is described by our pension owner as having a wonderful character.
Asteria is fully vaccinated and spayed, she is not currently tested around cats or children.
All our dogs are tested for the following prior to travel: Heartworm, Anaplasmosis, Erlichiosis, Lyme Disease, Brucellosis (since 11th June 2021).
