Meet Coby
Coby is a gentle, calm and sweet natured boy who enjoys being around people. Intelligent and well socialised, he gets along well with other dogs and has the makings of a lovely companion. He may be a Kokoni cross, although his breed is not confirmed.
Whatever his mix, Coby is a lovely little dog who deserves the chance to share his life with someone who treasures him. His calm nature could make him a lovely match for someone looking for companionship and a dog to share everyday life with. He will need time, patience and reassurance as he settles into his new home. Coby once had an owner, but sadly nobody came to claim him. He is now living in the pound, waiting for an opportunity to become part of a family again.
BU supports the pound with the help of our lovely pound sponsors to supply additional food, vaccines, flea and tick treatments and veterinary care when needed.
A message from Coby:
“I do not live a great life in the pound. I do not leave my enclosure, and the BU team cannot prepare me for travel while I am here. If you would like to adopt me, a contribution towards sponsoring me into a pension would help me take the first step towards home. A pension is a place where I will receive better care, spend time with other dogs, exercise daily and be prepared for travel. The average cost of keeping me safe in a pension is around €60 a month.
Thank you, love and licks from Coby.”
Coby is vaccinated, neutered, and negative on tests.
Our dogs are tested for the following conditions as part of our standard testing procedure - Heartworm, Anaplasmosis, Lyme Disease, Ehrlichiosis and Brucellosis (Since 11th June 2021).
