  • Meet Emil

Emil was a puppy in February 2023, left to fend for himself, he was living in a schoolyard. He grew up on the street and is one of the few puppies who survived. Usually puppies get sick or get hurt/killed in traffic but our rescuer was feeding him daily, she dewormed him and vaccinated him against infectious diseases and he also received monthly protection against ticks and fleas.

Sadly that was all she could do for him at the time. Her son named him “Little Wolf” and he was a favourite of all the local children. He is only a little dog and our rescuer knew he wouldn’t survive another winter on the streets so when summer came to an end she organised for him to be moved to pension.

Emil is a young, healthy dog.  He's a sweet natured, happy and cheerful dog. He loves human company which our trustees can confirm having met him on our recent visits.

He is good with children and gets along great with all dogs in the pension.  He also passed his cat test with flying colours recently and  is fully vaccinated and neutered.  So he is all ready to find his forever family.

All our dogs are tested for the following prior to travel: Heartworm, Anaplasmosis, Erlichiosis, Lyme Disease, Brucellosis (since 11th June 2021).
